In Cable Surgery: A Planet Underground TV Short, Andrew Goulet of Electrical Training Alliance teaches a class for the workers of Electric Conduit Construction on how to properly splice high voltage cables. Workers are prepared for the NCSCB exam, a national certification which would qualify them to work on splicing high voltage cable at any military, utility, government or other facilities across the country.
