While reading my local REMC January 2020 newsletter (Kosciusko REMC’s Indiana Connection), I saw an advertisement for the Indiana 811 call center reminding everyone to call before they dig. I thought that it was a well-done advertisement with two effective themes: “Above It All Stay Safe” and “Know What’s Below”. These themes motivated me to share some of my GPR experiences in imaging underground utility systems where the unexpected was encountered.
